Summer Workouts - 2015

I've linked a few files with basketball workouts. I would do the ten minute warm-up each time you do a workout and do the other two on alternating days. The 400 shot routine works well if you have a shooting partner, and those should be done at game speed. Give me some feedback as to how it is going this summer.
